SHIPPING
What if I entered incorrect shipping information?
Please understand that our system prints out shipping labels according to the information provided by the customer in the shipping and billing information section. Please contact the delivery provider to reroute your package in case of any error on shipping information. A reshipment fee on all orders will be charged. Coiff and Co is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped.
What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping cost is a flat rate of $4.99. All orders take about 7 To 14 business days for process and shipping. When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. Only confirmed addresses will be processed and shipped. If your address was not confirmed your order will automatically be canceled. In addition, an email will be sent to let you know your order could not be processed. Coiff and Co, LLC is not responsible for delivery delays. Once you receive a tracking number, please contact the delivery provider.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Therefore we cannot offer exchanges or refunds unless you receive a damaged item. Should that occur, please email us a photo of said item, the package in which it came, and a message with your name and order number at info@coiffand.co Subject Line: RETURN/DAMAGE PACKAGE RECEIVED. Damaged/defective items should be addressed within 21 days from the date of purchase.
After review, if the product is deemed defective by the Coiff and Co team, you will be issued a refund or replacement item. Please understand the customer is responsible for the return shipment fee.
Returned Packages
All packages returned to our facilities will be refunded. Please understand that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be subtracted from your refund. If you require a reshipment, a re-shipping fee will be charged.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
How many times can Coiff and Co Lashes be reused?
Our lashes are reusable. The lash bands are thinner for a more natural look. That being said, it is imperative you take extra precaution when handling lashes. This will allow for maximum reuse and lash life.
